Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional first impression
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records through night audit procedures and update guest accounts as needed
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly
• Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or front desk customer service within a hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of guest services, hotel operations, and hospitality management principles
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience with night audit procedures or resort operations is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to build positive guest relations through attentive service and problem-solving skills
