Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Female Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hotel experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. She will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures while providing a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle cash, card transactions, and maintain proper records
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a hotel front office role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
