Job Title: Guest Service Agent (Female)
Department: Front Office

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Female Guest Service Agent (GSA) to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hotel experience and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. She will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures while providing a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes
  • Maintain accurate guest records and billing information
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle cash, card transactions, and maintain proper records
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a hotel front office role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
