We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join the front office team at our prestigious 5-star resort in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or similar role within a luxury 4-star or 5-star resort or hotel environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency (written and spoken) in both Arabic and English is essential for interacting with our diverse guest base.
  • System Knowledge: Mandatory proficiency in Opera Property Management System (PMS) is required.
  • Work Schedule: Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as necessitated by a 24/7 resort operation.
  • Attributes: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A professional demeanor and a passion for providing world-class hospitality.

What You Will Do

  • Perform efficient check-ins and check-outs, handling guest folios and transactions accurately.
  • Answer all guest inquiries and provide detailed information about the resort's services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes using the Opera PMS.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and guest confidentiality at all times.
