Position Overview:
Serve as the first point of contact for guests by welcoming them, managing check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries, and resolving any concerns. Strive to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and seamless stay from arrival to departure.
Main Duties:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with arrivals and departures
- Respond promptly to guest questions and resolve concerns
- Stay updated on room types, hotel events, and guest preferences
- Handle guest requests, organize special occasions, and accommodate VIPs
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and special offers
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Accurately record guest feedback and important notes
- Safeguard guest privacy and manage sensitive information securely
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hotel policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding service
