Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our establishment. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and assisting with guest relations.

Duties

• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, friendly atmosphere.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
• Process reservations and cancellations through multi-line phone systems.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing guest accounts and billing inquiries.
• Uphold high standards of hospitality management to enhance the overall guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel management or guest services is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
• Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and basic computer applications.
• A background in hospitality or resort environments is advantageous.
