Guest Service Ambassador

Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Guest Service Ambassador to join our team at one of Qatar’s leading theme parks/hospitality destinations. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding guest experience through warm welcomes, efficient service, and knowledgeable support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Provide accurate information about park attractions, schedules, services, and amenities
  • Assist guests with directions, ticketing, reservations, and general inquiries
  • Manage guest complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments (security, operations, housekeeping, F&B) to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Promote park events, special offers, and loyalty programs
  • Support crowd control and queue management during peak hours
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times
  • Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout guest areas
  • Be a visible role model of IAAPA-level service excellence
  • Conduct real-time experience audits to ensure safety & guest satisfaction
  • Capture & share live guest insights to shape park strategy
  • Convert service moments into premium sales (VIP tours, upgrades, dining plans, etc.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a guest-facing role (hospitality, tourism, theme parks, or customer service)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Ability to stay calm and courteous in high-pressure or fast-paced environments
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and in shifts as needed
  • Qatar-based candidates or those with transferable visas preferred

Pay: QAR4,050.00 per month
