Guest Service Associate- F&B HIEX BLREP

Key Responsibilities Guest Service

Welcome and greet guests warmly in the restaurant, breakfast area, or café.

Assist guests with seating, menu explanations (if applicable), and service.

Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly, escalating where required.

Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering attentive and personalized service.

Operational Duties

Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing during breakfast service (Holiday Inn Express breakfast standard).

Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Clear tables, reset them efficiently, and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.

Follow proper procedures for order-taking and billing (if applicable).

Ensure F&B areas comply with hygiene, cleanliness, and brand standards.

Monitor stock levels of cutlery, crockery, and buffet supplies; report shortages to the supervisor.

Team & Compliance

Work closely with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.

Follow all hotel SOPs, brand standards, and service guidelines.

Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP / FSSAI compliance).

Attend training sessions and departmental briefings.

Job Requirements

Education: High School / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

Experience: Prior F&B or restaurant service experience preferred; freshers may be considered.

Good communication skills (basic English required)

Positive attitude and guest-oriented approach

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Teamwork and interpersonal skills
