Guest Service- Real Estate Experience- Front Desk Receptionist- Arabic Speaker

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a motivated and organized Arabic-speaking Administrative Receptionist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily office operations, and assisting the sales and leasing teams.

Key Responsibilities:Reception & Customer Service

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information about available properties and services.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare contracts, tenancy agreements, and real estate documentation (e.g., MOUs, Form A/B/I, etc.).
  • Organize appointments for property viewings and meetings.
  • Manage and maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital).

Listings & Online Management

  • Upload and update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.
  • Ensure all property information, photos, prices, and descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with agents to gather complete listing information.

Office Coordination

  • Handle office supplies, stationery, and basic facility needs.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing team calendars.
  • Draft emails, letters, and simple marketing materials if needed.

Database & CRM Management

  • Maintain and update client and property databases (CRM).
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports for management regarding leads, viewings, and contracts.

Other Duties

  • Support the sales, leasing, and management teams as needed.
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
  • Handle minor client concerns and escalate larger issues to the appropriate team.
