Guest Services Agent - Bell/Valet - Solaris Residences

In this Bell/Valet position, you’ll play a key role in delivering smooth, polished arrivals and departures while providing thoughtful, personalized service throughout each guest’s stay. What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming and efficient arrival and departure experience by assisting with valet services, luggage, and guest needs
• Operate guest, owner, and company vehicles safely while providing transportation support when needed
• Handle and coordinate guest items such as luggage, packages, groceries, and outgoing deliveries
• Keep front drive, public areas, and service spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Partner with teams across the property to respond to guest requests and maintain high service standards

Start Date: 5/15/2026

Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round

Pay Rate: $17.00/ hour + tips and commissions

Schedule: Varies- primarily 7 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM shifts. Flexibility is both offered and required! Ability to work holidays required.

Our ideal candidate is at least 25 years old and brings a strong hospitality mindset with a positive, team-first attitude. They have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of service-focused experience, along with a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to safely operate guest and company vehicles. Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented, they communicate professionally, are comfortable with basic technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment. They take pride in handling guest belongings with care and can meet the physical demands of the role while staying adaptable and ready to support wherever needed.
