Guest Services Lead - Patient Transport - Multiple Shifts

Position Overview

Pay range: $15.00 - $20.30 / hour

Schedules: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Job Description

To assist and execute daily duties as assigned by Guest Services Leadership to ensure operations are effective, efficient and employees are supported in order to provide the best patient or guest experience. To be part of a leadership structure that supports both the Guest Svcs Rep and Patient Transporter positions throughout the medical campuses. To help coordinate/supervise the Lead positions in the department. To ensure compliance with dept. standards. To assist supervisors and managers with scheduling, coverage of work assignments, organizing and facilitating new employee training, developing existing employees, coaching employees around performance initiatives, etc. Under the supervision of the Supervisor and Managers for the department, to communicate with employees, colleagues, and other departments with whom the assigned area works daily. To act as the immediate escalation path for situations that need leadership attention and escalate to the supervisor and or manage as appropriate.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience required. Previous leadership experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. None required.
