Job Purpose
To receive and assist guests by providing high-quality customer service within the venue. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day counter operations while ensuring an enjoyable, safe, and efficient guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Operations

Welcome and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner

Attend to all guest requirements and inquiries promptly
-
Manage reception desk and front counter operations
-
Provide accurate information regarding services and facilities available
-
Rent out equipment and assign facilities to customers
-
Collect payments for tickets and services
-
Verify customer tickets and service entitlements when required
-
Provide safety instructions and assist guests with facility systems
-
Report equipment or facility faults to maintenance staff
-
Answer and make phone calls professionally
-
Take reservations and organize bookings
-
Deliver full receptionist services to ensure a positive guest experience

Maintain and manage customer data with accurate record-keeping

Record, track, and follow up on customer complaints and feedback

Report customer issues and service concerns to management

Share ideas and suggestions to improve service quality
Job-Specific Accountabilities

Full responsibility for customer service counter operations, including cash handling

Maintain thorough knowledge of venue facilities and services

Assist and support other team members as required

Minimum Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sports or recreational environment
