ValueMomentum is seeking passionate Guidewire Developers who has hands on experience Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter) and who can design, build and configure applications to meet our customers’ business needs and application requirements to join our growing Core Technology Solution Center.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and configure Guidewire applications such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs.
• Write and debug code using Java, GOSU, and SQL.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and Generative AI tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance productivity.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure solution quality.
• Provide support for QA and production environments.
• Analyse and resolve complex software issues by identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements where applicable.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management throughout the development lifecycle.

Candidates with these additional skills on their resumes have an added advantage when their profiles are being assessed. Some of them are as follows:

• Guidewire certification (e.g., PolicyCenter Configuration Specialist).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker).
• Knowledge of the insurance domain and business processes.
