What You’ll Do
You’ll lead a skilled crew in installing and repairing gutter systems that protect homes from the elements. You’ll oversee daily jobsite work, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects running efficiently. As a working leader, you’ll lead by example - hands-on, detail-oriented, and proud of the craftsmanship you deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise gutter crews and assign daily tasks.
Ensure precise installation and quality workmanship.
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean job site.
Communicate project updates to the Gutter Manager.
Support team training and development in the field.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of gutter or roofing installation experience.
Proven ability to lead and motivate small teams.
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
Physical ability to perform outdoor, hands-on work.
Professionalism, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship.
