Required Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, with at least 3 years in a senior role focused exclusively on Google Workspace.
Technical Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in the Google Workspace Admin Console and a deep understanding of its core services and security features.
Deployment Skills: Demonstrable experience planning and executing GWS service rollouts, policy changes, and data migrations in an enterprise environment.
Automation: Proven, hands-on experience using GAM or other scripting tools (App Script, Python, PowerShell) for GWS automation.
Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical incidents.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification: Google Workspace Professional Collaboration Engineer certification is highly desirable.
Identity Management: Experience integrating Google Workspace with third-party Identity Providers (IdPs) like Okta or Azure AD.
