Gym Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Gym Instructor to join our luxury fitness team, delivering a true 5-star experience to every member and guest. The ideal candidate will be an energetic fitness professional with a strong commitment to personalized training, exceptional attention to detail, and a warm, engaging presence that reflects the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism. Responsibilities include conducting tailored training sessions, leading dynamic group classes, performing fitness assessments, maintaining immaculate equipment standards, proactively engaging with members to support their wellness goals, and consistently exceeding guest expectations through anticipatory service and follow-up. Candidates must hold relevant fitness certifications, demonstrate proven experience in a high-end fitness or hospitality environment, and must have an existing active account with Gym Guest to manage bookings, client programming, and performance tracking.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer within a luxury fitness club, upscale gym, or hospitality environment
• Recognized fitness certification (e.g., Level 3 Personal Trainer, REPs/UAE-accredited certification, or equivalent international qualification)
• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
• Proven experience delivering personalized training programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels
• Strong ability to conduct professional fitness assessments, body composition analysis, and goal-setting consultations
• Experience leading engaging and high-energy group fitness classes to a 5-star standard
• Existing active account with Gym Guest, with hands-on experience managing bookings, client programming, and performance tracking through the platform
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, injury prevention, functional training, and safe equipment usage
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships and exceed member expectations
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with a warm, engaging, and service-oriented personality
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining immaculate gym floor and equipment standards
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized follow-up
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by operations
• Must be currently based in the UAE
