Gym Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Gym Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. The ideal candidate has a strong background in gym or fitness center management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the gym to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Lead and supervise staff, including front desk, trainers, and cleaning personnel
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle member inquiries or concerns
• Monitor and manage memberships, sales goals, and retention efforts
• Maintain facility equipment and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed
• Hire, train, and schedule staff in alignment with business needs
• Manage budgets, payroll, and other administrative tasks
• Enforce gym policies and procedures
• Create and promote gym programs, events, or specials to increase engagement and revenue

Requirements:

• Prior experience in gym or fitness facility management (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and business operations
• Passion for fitness and a commitment to providing a great member experience
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
