Staff and Member Management

Managers verify policy adherence, handle disciplinary actions, and oversee payroll. They address customer issues promptly to foster positive experiences and loyalty. Building team motivation and member relations supports a thriving gym environment

Financial and Operational Duties

Budgets are managed, including expense tracking and revenue goals via sales strategies. Daily tasks involve supervising classes, analyzing membership data, and implementing improvements. Organizational prowess ensures peak-hour coverage and event planning.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
