Gym Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Gym Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fitness facility in Salmiya. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering excellent member experiences while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations and ensure high service standards
• Manage, train, and supervise staff and fitness trainers
• Monitor performance, revenue targets, and member satisfaction
• Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and retention
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in gym or fitness center management
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage operations and achieve business targets
• Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Kuwait

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: KWD 850 – 1,000
• Housing Allowance: KWD 300
• Total Monthly Package: KWD 1,150 – 1,300
• Commission: 0.5% – 0.75% based on annual net target income
• Life insurance and workmen’s compensation
• 30 days paid annual leave
• Public holidays as per Kuwait labor law
• Social security registration (as applicable)

Working Conditions

• 6 working days per week
• 8 working hours per day + 1-hour break
• Employment terms in accordance with Kuwait Labor Law

Pay: KD850.000 - KD1,000.000 per month
