Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Gym & Pool Supervisor (Female) to oversee daily operations, ensure high service standards, and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for members.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily gym and pool operations
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards
• Manage schedules and performance of gym and pool staff
• Handle member inquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally
• Coordinate with management to improve member experience
• Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs

Requirements

• Female, age 30–45
• 6–10 years of experience in health clubs, gyms, or fitness facilities
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Knowledge of gym and pool safety procedures
• Ability to manage staff and handle members confidently
• Caucasus or Arabic background is an advantage
