Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and inquiries
• Handle phone calls, emails, and membership requests
• Process new memberships, renewals, and basic transactions
• Maintain accurate records of member information
• Provide information about gym services, classes, and schedules
• Coordinate with trainers and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer skills (MS Office or similar systems)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends

Work Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time, shift-based
• Location: On-site in Doha, Qatar
