Requirements:

  • Qualification: BBA / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
  • Experience: 2–3 years of solid sales experience
  • Hands-on experience in Membership Sales for Clubs, Gymkhanas, or Fitness Centers is a strong plus
  • Fresh, energetic, and highly motivated candidates are also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Premium Gymkhana Memberships to prospective clients
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Conduct sales meetings, deliver presentations, and manage walk-in inquiries
  • Build long-term relationships with members, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty
  • Keep accurate and well-organized records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversions
  • Represent the Gymkhana at corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
