The organisation provides a comprehensive portfolio of curricular and extra-curricular sports programs run by a team of fully-qualified coaches throughout Dubai in the UAE.

The Candidate

We are looking for a Full-time Gymnastics Coach to deliver sessions in our extra-curricular and external clubs.

Job Responsibilities

· To do the necessary preparation and set up prior to the session and liaise with other coaches/colleagues as needed.

· To assist the Head Coach running sessions and following instructions.

· To provide positive and fun sessions.

· Responsible for the safeguarding and protection of children.

· Notify the Management/Parents immediately of any incidents

· Responsible and appropriate manner always in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy

· Ensure accurate registers of your sessions are kept.

· Communicate effectively with parents regarding child's progress.

Job Requirements

· Completed a Sport related Degree.

· Proven experience as Gymnastics coach

· Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector.

· Experience working with students aged 3-12 years.

· An enhanced CRB/DBS check.

· Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.

· First Aid qualified.

· Good communication and organisational skills.

· UAE Driving Licence.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· Confident in coaching a range of different sports.

· Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team

· Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents and other members of staff

· Ability to understand the learning process and training principles

· Ability to motivate and assist gymnasts to develop new skills safely

· Knowledge of injury prevention - understanding how to reduce the risk of injury to gymnasts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
