Salary: 12,000 - 14,000 AED (based on experience and qualifications)

The Company

Elite Sports Academy is one of the leading sports providers in the Middle East, delivering programmes across football, swimming, basketball, gymnastics, holiday camps, and school activities throughout the UAE and KSA.

The Candidate

We are looking for a Full-time Gymnastics Manager to deliver sessions in our extra-curricular and external clubs.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of all gymnastics programs and sessions.
• Manage and support coaching staff, ensuring sessions are well-prepared, structured, and delivered to a high standard.
• Ensure all equipment is properly set up, maintained, and used safely in accordance with Health and Safety policies.
• Lead by example in delivering high-quality, engaging, and developmentally appropriate gymnastics sessions.
• Ensure full compliance with safeguarding policies and maintain the highest standards for the protection of children at all times.
• Monitor class attendance, maintain accurate records, and oversee reporting systems.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding children’s progress and development.
• Coordinate schedules, staffing, and session planning to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support coach development through guidance, feedback, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure all activities align with company standards, policies, and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

· Completed a Sport related Degree.

· Proven experience as Gymnastics coach

· Experience in the sports coaching and/or education sector.

· Experience working with students aged 3-16 years.

· An enhanced CRB/DBS check.

· Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate.

· First Aid qualified.

· Good communication and organisational skills.

· UAE Driving Licence.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· Confident in coaching a range of different sports.

· Good leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team

· Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate effectively with gymnasts, parents and other members of staff

· Ability to understand the learning process and training principles

· Ability to motivate and assist gymnasts to develop new skills safely

· Knowledge of injury prevention - understanding how to reduce the risk of injury to gymnasts

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
