H-2A Specialist

Responsibilities

* Process a high volume of employee hiring packets and onboarding paperwork in the company software.

* Manage or assist in employee orientations by communicating clearly in both English and Spanish. This includes reading the job offers and providing safety training.

* Must be available for out-of-state, overnight travel periodically

* Assist the H2 department in the worker inbound/outbound calculations

* Gather and organize workers' lists from crew leaders and labor source providers

* Communicate and coordinate with our Mexico H2 processing agents as needed to assist in the process of Mexico worker interviews and associated travel.

* Support the H2 department in filing petitions, completing applications, and processing paperwork for job transfers in multiple states.

* Maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance. This position will require driving for the company. Take employees to the Social Security office, doctor visits, or for out-of-state travel.

*Prepare the list of workers arriving for orientations.

Qualifications

* Bilingual in English and Spanish, including reading and writing, is a requirement.
*MS Office experience and proficient in computer skills
*Communication, organization, and detail-oriented.
*Knowledge and experience with the H2-a programs are highly desired.

*1 year preferred work experience

*A bachelor's degree is preferred
