Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Haematologist, based in Karachi. The role involves diagnosing and treating blood-related disorders and diseases, conducting specialized diagnostics, administering treatments such as chemotherapy, and working closely with patients to manage their conditions. The Haematologist will also participate in ongoing research initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to advancements in hematology and patient care. Responsibilities also include staying updated on the latest medical developments in the field.

Qualifications

MPhil/FCPS/ PhD/ other Medical Degree with specialization in Haematology

• Strong expertise in Medicine and Hematology with a thorough understanding of blood disorders and transfusion medicine.
• Proficiency in conducting clinical and laboratory-based Research with a focus on advancing haematological treatments and methodologies.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, alongside effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and medical teams.
• Medical degree with specialization in Haematology; completion of a recognized residency and applicable certifications/licensure are required.
• Previous clinical experience in a hospital environment and familiarity with the latest medical technologies are advantageous.
