Hair Colorist

We are seeking a talented and creative Hair Colorist / Stylist / Hairdresser with strong expertise in hair coloring techniques. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hair artistry, delivering exceptional results, and providing outstanding client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of hair coloring services including highlights, balayage, ombré, root touch-ups, fashion colors, and corrective coloring.
• Provide professional haircuts, styling, and blow-dry services tailored to client preferences.
• Offer consultations to clients to understand their needs, suggest suitable colors and treatments, and provide expert recommendations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest hair color trends, products, and techniques.
• Ensure proper application of hair treatments (botox, keratin, glossing, toning, etc.) when required.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional workstation according to salon standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and actively promote salon services and retail products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hair Colorist / Stylist / Hairdresser, with strong focus on hair coloring for Minimum 8years
• In-depth knowledge of color theory, mixing, and application techniques.
• Ability to perform precision haircuts and styling.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for beauty trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional certification in Hairdressing / Cosmetology is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak salon hours.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
