Role: Senior Hair Stylist (On-site) — United Arab Emirates

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to deliver premium hairstyling, cutting, and colouring services for a busy salon environment. This hands-on role requires technical excellence, client consultation expertise, and the ability to drive repeat business through superior service.

Role & Responsibilities

• Perform precision haircuts, creative colour services, balayage, highlights, and corrective colour with consistent quality and attention to detail.
• Consult with clients to understand needs, recommend services/treatments, and create personalised style plans that meet expectations and salon standards.
• Apply and maintain hair extensions, keratin/smoothing treatments, and professional finishing for long-lasting results.
• Deliver bridal and event hairstyling, including on-location preparation when required, ensuring timely, polished results under pressure.
• Maintain impeccable workstation hygiene, follow product safety procedures, and manage inventory of professional haircare supplies.
• Build client loyalty through follow-up, retail recommendations, and contributing to salon promotions and social media content as needed.

Skills & QualificationsMust-Have

• Valid cosmetology or hairdressing certification recognised in the UAE/GCC.
• Proven technical expertise in hair cutting and advanced colouring techniques, including balayage and corrective colour.
• Experience with hair extensions application and maintenance.
• Skilled in keratin and smoothing treatments and chemical service safety protocols.
• Demonstrable experience styling for bridal and special events, with portfolio or photos to show work quality.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other GCC languages is a plus for local client engagement.

Preferred

• International salon experience or training from accredited brands.
• Social media content creation experience for beauty/hairstyling showcases.
• Knowledge of luxury professional product lines and retail sales techniques.
