Haircare Educator – L’Oréal Professionnel

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Haircare Educator to join our professional education team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality education initiatives that support business growth, strengthen brand equity, and develop long-term partnerships with professional customers.

Role Mission

Ensure consistently high standards across all Online & Offline (O+O) education activities, contributing to customer development, sales performance, and brand excellence within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Education

• Deliver high-quality technical and product training to professional customers in line with the brand’s education strategy
• Execute an effective Online & Offline (O+O) education approach to maximize reach and engagement
• Provide targeted coaching and follow-up to high-potential clients
• Lead education sessions in salons, academies, and digital platforms
• Drive product adoption and sales through education, live streams, and digital events
• Act as the main point of contact for Social & ACCESS , increasing engagement and subscriptions

New Client Development

• Support onboarding and training of new client partners in collaboration with Business Partners

Brand Equity

• Uphold and promote brand standards and values across all education touchpoints
• Enhance in-salon visibility and ensure alignment with brand guidelines

Reporting

• Track and report education activities using the ACCESS O+O reporting tool

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven ability to build credibility and trust through technical expertise
• Strong professional haircare and beauty technique knowledge
• Client-centric mindset with the ability to activate and engage professional partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and digital
