Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hair Specialist to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair artistry, highly skilled in modern techniques, and dedicated to creating flawless, customized looks for a discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, balayage, and treatments
• Conduct professional consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles and services
• Deliver premium blow-dries and occasion styling
• Maintain excellent hygiene and workstation standards
• Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a luxury experience
• Promote salon services and retail haircare products

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hair Specialist or Hair Stylist in a salon environment
• Certification or qualification in hairdressing
• Strong expertise in coloring techniques (balayage, ombré, highlights)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours
• Candidates on Own visa candidates are prefered
