We are looking for a talented, creative, and customer-focused Hair Stylist to join our professional salon team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hair artistry, up-to-date with the latest trends, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences.

Role Overview

As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services, offering expert consultations, and ensuring every client leaves the salon feeling confident, satisfied, and happy with their look.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and conduct professional consultations to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and hair goals.
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, cuts, and colors based on face shape, hair type, and client expectations.
• Perform hair cutting, trimming, and shaving using both basic and advanced techniques.
• Execute a wide range of coloring services, including highlights, balayage, ombré, toning, and color correction.
• Wash, condition, and style hair using appropriate professional products.
• Create hairstyles for special occasions and daily wear (blow-dry, braids, buns, ponytails, etc.).
• Apply hair and scalp treatments such as keratin, protein, smoothing, repair, and hydration therapies.
• Maintain strong client relationships, build loyalty, and remember individual preferences.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of tools and workstations at all times.
• Manage bookings, accommodate walk-in clients, and work efficiently within the salon schedule.
• Promote and cross-sell hair care products and services when appropriate.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist, or similar role.
• Strong skills in cutting short and long hair for all hair types.
• Hands-on experience with advanced coloring and styling techniques.
• Proficiency in hair straightening and curling using professional tools.
• Knowledge of hair treatments and services such as keratin smoothing and repair systems.
• Up-to-date with current industry trends and techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and flexibility to stand for long hours and work shifts.
• Valid cosmetology certification or professional license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Hair Stylist, Hairdresser, Colorist, or similar role: 3 years (Preferred)
