Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our luxury salon. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional hair services while delivering a premium client experience. The role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and customer service.

Key Responsibilities1. Hair Services

• Perform professional hair cutting, styling, and blow-drying services.
• Provide advanced coloring services including highlights, balayage, ombre, and color correction.
• Deliver hair treatments such as keratin, protein, botox, and deep conditioning.
• Provide hair extensions installation and styling (if applicable).
• Recommend suitable hairstyles based on face shape, hair texture, and client preferences.

2. Client Consultation & Experience

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and expectations.
• Advise clients on hair care routines and suitable products.
• Maintain a high level of personalized service aligned with luxury salon standards.
• Build strong relationships to ensure repeat business and client retention.

3. Hygiene & Professional Standards

• Maintain cleanliness of tools, workstations, and salon areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper sterilization of equipment.
• Present a polished and professional appearance at all times.

4. Sales & Upselling

• Promote salon services, packages, and retail hair care products.
• Upsell treatments and recommend premium products to clients.
• Contribute to achieving monthly service and retail sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification/Diploma in Hairdressing or Cosmetology.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a luxury or high-end salon.
• Strong expertise in modern cutting, coloring, and treatment techniques.
• Knowledge of international hair trends and premium products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, professional, and presentable personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
