About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly skilled Hair Trainer to join our professional beauty training team in Dubai. The candidate should possess advanced technical expertise in hair services along with strong training and mentoring capabilities.

The Hair Trainer will be responsible for conducting practical and theoretical training sessions for salon professionals and beauticians, ensuring high-quality service standards, technical excellence, and professional grooming practices across all hair categories.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in hair styling, advanced blow drying techniques, hair coloring, hair treatments, scalp and hair trichology, and professional salon operations. The role also requires excellent communication, reporting, and computer skills to manage training documentation and performance tracking effectively.

Key Skills & Technical Expertise RequiredHair Styling Expertise

• Advanced knowledge of professional hair styling techniques
• Expertise in bridal, party, occasion, and contemporary hair styling
• Ability to create modern and trending hairstyles suitable for different hair textures and face shapes
• Knowledge of sectioning, finishing, setting, tonging, ironing, and volume techniques

Blow Dry & Hair Finishing Expert

• Advanced blow dry techniques for different hair types and lengths
• Expertise in smoothening blow dry, volume blow dry, curls, waves, and salon finishing
• Ability to train professionals on speed, precision, and long-lasting styling results

Hair Color Specialist

• Expertise in global coloring, root touch-up, highlights, balayage, ombre, fashion colors, and color correction
• Strong understanding of color theory, undertones, developer usage, and formulation
• Knowledge of international hair color brands and chemical processes
• Ability to conduct consultation and recommend suitable color services based on client hair condition

Hair Treatment Expertise

• Advanced knowledge of all professional hair treatments including:
• Keratin
• Protein
• Botox
• Smoothening
• Rebonding
• Scalp treatments
• Hair spa therapies
• Damage repair treatments
• Understanding of hair structure and chemical processing safety protocols

Hair Trichology Knowledge

• Knowledge of scalp and hair health assessment
• Understanding of common scalp and hair concerns such as:
• Hair fall
• Dandruff
• Dry scalp
• Damaged hair
• Chemically treated hair management
• Ability to guide professionals on treatment recommendations and haircare routines

Training & Professional ResponsibilitiesTraining Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for salon professionals and beauticians
• Train professionals on salon-standard hair services and client handling
• Demonstrate techniques with step-by-step practical guidance
• Ensure trainees understand hygiene, safety, and professional grooming standards
• Conduct assessments and evaluate technical performance of trainees
• Provide corrective coaching and performance feedback

Operational Responsibilities

• Prepare training plans, schedules, SOPs, and technical modules
• Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and reporting documentation
• Coordinate with operations and quality teams for training requirements
• Support onboarding and upskilling of new professionals
• Ensure consistency in service delivery standards across all training batches

Product & Technical Support

• Conduct product demonstrations and educate professionals on product usage
• Support testing and implementation of new hair products and treatments
• Guide professionals on treatment suitability based on hair analysis

Computer & Reporting Skills Required

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
• Ability to maintain training trackers and performance reports
• Comfortable with digital documentation and operational communication

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a Hair Trainer or Senior Hair Stylist Trainer
• Experience working in salon academies, beauty institutes, or premium salon brands preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Professional personality with leadership capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple training batches and field support if required
• Dubai-based candidate preferred

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in reputed salon academies, international beauty brands, or premium salon chains will be preferred. Experience in training large salon teams and maintaining luxury service standards will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per hour
