Job Summary

As a Hairdresser at Izil, you play a pivotal role in providing high-quality hair services while ensuring an

exceptional customer experience. This role requires expertise in hair styling, cutting, and treatment

techniques, along with a strong ability to consult with clients and recommend suitable hairstyles based on

their preferences, hair type, and facial features. Your commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction,

and adherence to hygiene standards will contribute to the salon’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Hair Services

 Welcome clients warmly, confirm appointments and assess their haircare needs.

 Provide expert consultation, offering personalized recommendations based on hair type, lifestyle, and

desired results.

 Execute precision haircuts, trims, and shapes according to client preferences.

 Perform shampooing, conditioning, and blow-drying while ensuring optimal client comfort.

 Offer a variety of hairstyling services, including straightening, curling, setting, and updos using

professional styling tools.

 Conduct specialized hair treatments after confirming any allergies or sensitivities.

 Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry innovations.

Salon Operations & Hygiene Compliance

 Maintain impeccable hygiene and sterilization standards for all hairdressing tools and workstations.

 Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations to provide a safe salon environment.

 Keep track of hair product inventory, ensuring necessary supplies are always available.

 Assist with salon maintenance, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.

 Process customer payments efficiently when required.

Professional Development & Team Collaboration

 Engage in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and service quality.

 Participate actively in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

 Provide support and mentorship to junior staff when necessary.

 Contribute ideas for improving salon services and enhancing the customer experience.
