Cocoon Medical Spa, Asia's most awarded aesthetic spa - is looking for an experienced Therapist for their SPA in Bahrain. The SPA offers high end facial and wellness treatments.

We are a successful aesthetic beauty SPA based in Bali and Maldives for the last 10 years, including winner of Asia's best Medical Spa and Bali's best spa. We are now expanding to Bahrain and looking for a bright, enthusiastic, skilled therapists and aestheticians to join us for a full time position.

We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic hairdresser who has excellent sales and communication to explain treatments and provide a superior professional experience in service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair services, including haircuts, blow-drying, styling, coloring, highlights, and treatments
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in all tools, equipment, and work areas
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair care and styling
• Promote and recommend salon products and services to clients when appropriate
• Manage appointments and ensure services are delivered on time
• Handle client feedback professionally and effectively
• Maintain an attractive and organized workstation at all times
• Support the overall operations of the salon or spa when needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hairdresser / Hairstylist
• Professional certification in hairdressing or cosmetology
• Knowledge of modern hair techniques and trends
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Work visa in Bahrain

This is a full time permanent role and includes great benefits such as salary and bonus

Full training will be given.

This role is based in Bahrain for minimum 2 year contract.

Salary:

- 220 BHD per month + tips.

- Accommodation: 100 BHD

- Food: 50 BHD

- Transportation: 50 BHD

- Health Insurance

- Service Charge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD220.000 - BD420.000 per month
