Hall Watcher (Oil and Gas)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry/exit of personnel in confined spaces.
• Ensure all workers comply with safety rules, PPE usage, and permit-to-work requirements.
• Continuously observe activities inside the confined space and raise alarms in case of emergencies.
• Maintain constant communication with workers inside confined spaces and the safety team.
• Verify atmospheric testing results before and during confined space work.
• Keep accurate records of personnel working inside confined spaces.
• Immediately report unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents to the Safety Supervisor.
• Assist in emergency response, evacuation, and rescue procedures when required.
• Support HSE officers in implementing company and client safety standards.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Hall Watcher / Confined Space Watcher in Oil & Gas projects is required.
• Must be currently available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable visa/NOC.
• Should be ready to join immediately.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards, confined space monitoring, and safety procedures is essential.
