Job Title: Hammam Therapist
Department: Spa & Store
Reports To: Spa & Store Manager
Job Summary
As a Hammam Therapist at Izil, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality traditional
Hammam treatments, including Turkish and Moroccan rituals. Your role involves creating a
relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests while maintaining professionalism, hygiene,
and adherence to company standards. You will ensure treatments are customized based on
client needs, promote spa services, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Hammam & Spa Treatments
Perform authentic Hammam treatments using correct techniques and product
application.
Customize treatments based on guest needs, preferences, and company training
guidelines.
Maintain a deep understanding of all spa treatments and stay updated on available
promotions.
Ensure seamless client handovers by following prescribed service standards and
treatment protocols.
Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and make necessary service
adjustments.
Assist in spa demonstrations and events as required.
Spa Operations & Compliance
Follow daily appointment schedules and roster assignments as planned.
Manage and maintain inventory levels of professional products and supplies.
Adhere to all standard operating procedures and policies related to hygiene, safety,
and service.
Hammam Therapist
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and high hygiene standards in all treatment rooms
and spa areas.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while supervising the
safe use of spa equipment.
Sales & Customer Engagement
Build strong connections with guests, recording preferences and relevant information
for personalized service.
Promote spa services and treatments, contributing to sales targets set by the Spa
Manager.
Provide product recommendations to enhance guest experience and encourage retail
purchases.
Maintain accurate sales records and report figures daily.
Professionalism & Team Collaboration
Uphold a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene in line with company
policies.
Be punctual, well-prepared, and ready for appointments.
Support reception duties when necessary, ensuring smooth front-desk operations.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrating a courteous and professional
attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
