KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sparkle Squad Duties: Channel your inner sparkle! Transform guest rooms and equipment into spotless sanctuaries. Shine up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms so every corner gleams. From plush carpets to comfy furniture, make it all dazzle. Keep your housekeeping cart loaded like a pro, ready for any adventure. Freshen up beds with crisp linens and restock supplies, making every guest feel at home. Dive into deep cleaning tasks—swap AC filters, add a splash of paint—so everything stays picture-perfect!
• Guest Happiness Hero: Be the friendly face guests remember! Spring into action when someone needs a hand and deliver items with a smile. Let your awesome customer service shine through every interaction.
• Safety Superstars: Be the hotel’s guardian! Make sure both guests and property stay safe by keeping an eye on sensitive spots. Practice safe work habits so you and your teammates can enjoy a worry-free day.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

For a comfortable stay, a warm welcome and great value travelers can check-in to the Hampton Inn Plover/Steven’s Point hotel, located in the quiet Village of Plover, near the 275-acre Schmeeckle Reserve. Guest can visit the Korean War Memorial or enjoy a day of golf at Sentry World. Stay in a comfy guest room at this Plover hotel and sleep deep in the clean and fresh Hampton bed. We also include those thoughtful extras, from a lap desk to a 27-inch TV, to make their stay a little bit better. Guest can workout in the fitness center at this hotel on Plover, or swim laps in the indoor heated swimming pool. Start each day right with Hampton’s free hot breakfast or, if they are in a rush, simply grab an On the Run Breakfast Bag available every weekday morning and guest can eat on the go. Guest can keep on top of work in the business center, which offers internet, photocopying and fax access.
