Handover Engineer (Fit-Out & Joinery)

Key Responsibilities:

⦁ Lead and manage the handover process for fit-out and custom joinery works

⦁ Conduct inspections, snagging, and de-snagging prior to client walkthroughs

⦁ Conduct pre-handover inspections to verify compliance with project specifications, material approvals, and workmanship standards.

⦁ Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project close-out

⦁ Ensure all works meet project specifications, QA/QC standards, and authority regulations

⦁ Handle DLP (Defects Liability Period) process and follow up on rectifications

Requirements:

⦁ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

⦁ Minimum 3 years’ experience in interior fit-out & joinery (GCC experience preferred)

⦁ Strong knowledge of custom furniture, joinery detailing, and finishing materials

⦁ Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and snagging tools (SnagR, PlanGrid, etc.)

⦁ Excellent coordination and communication skills
