Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a Residential Maintenance services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our homes near Mackinaw city, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of minor HVAC systems, Intermediate plumbing, flooring, and electrical work. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity within the facility.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various properties to ensure optimal functionality.
• attend city and company inspections at each property and repair requested work orders.
• Conduct HVAC/R system maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and installations if needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Assist in the training of new staff on maintenance procedures and safety practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience as an industrial electrician is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
