Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot electrical systems and components.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure safety compliance.

- Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs when needed.

- Handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks and installing fixtures.

- Keep inventory of tools and equipment up-to-date.

Skills:

- Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding logic controllers.

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various systems.

- Excellent customer service skills for professional client interactions.

- Experience in electrical work and wiring installations.
