Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general repair and maintenance work on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repair works (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Repair fixtures, fittings, doors, windows, locks, and furniture
• Fix minor electrical and plumbing issues
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Ensure tools and materials are properly maintained
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Report on major repair needs to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry works
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Good problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High school diploma or technical certification is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in maintenance company or facilities management
• Basic knowledge of safety standards
• Good communication skills

Salary Package: Qar 2,700
