Electrician

• daily operation and maintenance of all electrical installations, including LV panels, SMDBs, MDBs, DBs, lighting systems, emergency and exit lighting systems, generators, UPS, and power outlets.
• maintenance and project works.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical rooms and equipment to identify and rectify faults.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are performed as per the schedule.
• Maintain daily logbooks, inspection checklists, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with tenants, maintenance, and facility management teams for day to day activities
• Verify tenant electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and Kahramaa/QCDD standards.
• Report any deviations or safety issues immediately to the Facility Engineer/Manager.
• Ensure lockout-tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work (PTW) procedures are followed.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma with 1–3 years of experience in commercial or mall facilities.
• Strong knowledge of LV systems, electrical safety codes, and maintenance procedures.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
