Job Title: Senior Electrician (Production & Site Coordination)

Job Summary

Sunrise Oasis Lighting LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to coordinate between the production team and site team. The candidate will be responsible for planning electrical works, supervising electricians, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining quality and safety standards in both factory and site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily electrical work between production and site teams.
• Plan and allocate tasks to electricians based on project priorities.
• Supervise installation of lighting fixtures, panels, drivers, and control systems.
• Review drawings and ensure proper execution as per approved designs.
• Coordinate with fabrication team for fixture readiness and material requirements.
• Monitor team performance and maintain discipline in production department.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems before dispatch and installation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Report daily progress to management.
• Maintain proper documentation of completed works and pending tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or relevant certification.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in lighting, electrical installation, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of wiring, drivers, lighting fixtures, and control systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Experience in supervising and managing a team of electricians.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects preferred.
