Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across various areas, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and flooring.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and prioritize repairs to prevent future problems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from team members or management, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Install, assemble, and repair fixtures, furniture, appliances, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and materials needed for future projects.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during maintenance activities to create a secure environment.
• Collaborate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or larger projects when necessary.

Experience

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role with a broad skill set across multiple trades.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry techniques, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on work progress.
