Handyman

We are looking for a Handy Man to work alongside out team in our growing Residential Management program on the Big Island's Kona-Kohala coastline.

We are a construction company established in 1993. We pride on our commitment to building high quality homes and developing personal and long lasting relationships with our clients. Many of the homes we build will transition into our company's Residential Management program. We are looking to expand this division and grow with professional, communicative, and hardworking individuals. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, punctual, motivated to work to a high standard of quality, and communicative.

Job duties will include daily tasks such as basic home maintenance tasks, cleaning exterior woodwork of the home, cleaning the exterior decks, cleaning BBQ's and grills, moving and placing furniture, creating detailed check lists, and frequently assisting our property managers with their daily tasks. As a Handyman in our Residential Management division, you will also assist with arrival, set up, and shut down of client’s home.

The ideal Handyman would possess the following qualifications, skills, and traits:

- Must have basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Basic home maintenance skills required

- Attention to detail

- An inquisitive eye

- Proactive communication

- Hard working

- Timely email and phone communication skills

- Has their own set of tools for basic maintenance requirements

A background in property management, construction, or other work in the trades and a base knowledge of the wide range of luxury home maintenance skills is a plus.

Pay rate is dependent on candidate's level of experience

Must hold a valid driver's license and have your own vehicle that is currently registered and insured.
