Handyman Assistant

Overview
Join my team of General Handymen specializing in design and build out of kitchen and bathroom remodels.

Duties

• Support skilled tradespeople with repairs, installations, and routine maintenance across multiple disciplines including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry tasks
• Assist with residential painting projects to improve property appearance and value
• Use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Perform basic electrical work under supervision, including troubleshooting circuits.
• Help with facilities maintenance activities such as cleaning, organizing tools, and preparing work areas for projects.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients in English
• Supervising experience or leadership qualities to assist in guiding junior team members when needed
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques and general maintenance procedures
• Ability to use hand tools safely, and follow detailed instructions for complex repairs
