Handyman (Immediate Joiner)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman with expertise in masonry and painting to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in repairing, maintaining, and improving residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform masonry repairs, including brickwork, plastering, tiling, and concrete patching.
• Carry out painting tasks such as surface preparation, priming, and finishing.
• Inspect work sites to assess repair requirements and provide accurate estimates.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Assist with other general maintenance and repair tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman, mason, or painter.
• Knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and tools.
• Proficient in various painting methods and finishes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.
