Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Skilled Tradesman/Handyman to join our team. This position requires a versatile, hands-on professional capable of handling a variety of tasks, from basic repairs to advanced construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks.
• Handle a variety of tasks including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring.
• Ensure that work meets all safety standards and quality expectations.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members on larger projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a skilled tradesman or handyman.
• Strong knowledge of multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.).
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
