As a Printer and Copier Technician, you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment while promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products, while working on-site with one of our customer locations.

• By maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair
• By engaging the customer to provide superior customer satisfaction
• By managing time to be most effective with multiple competing priorities

Who we are looking for:

• Prior Canon and HP experience in maintaining and repairing office equipment is preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and think independently.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
• Computer and analytical skills with knowledge of basic networking
• High School Diploma required; Electronics or Computer associate degree preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a clean, valid driver’s license in your state of residence
