Who You Are:

• Do you like driving (we pay mileage)?
• Are you available 3–4 evenings a week and every Saturday?
• Do you live in the Houston area?

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners at pre-set appointments — no cold calls, no door knocking.
• Help clients visualize their dream outdoor spaces.
• Educate, guide, and create a sense of urgency.
• Make real connections — treat every homeowner like family.
• Work evenings and Saturdays (Sundays off).
• Travel throughout Houston— you're always home at night.

What You Bring:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced people-facing role.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Coachability, confidence, and emotional intelligence.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to move and stay active — this isn’t a desk job.

Compensation & Perks

• OK sales reps: $70K–$85K
• Good sales reps: $85K–$100K
• Zion Superstars: $200K+

Targeted start date January 2026
